Upgrading a dom0 from Sarge to Etch

1) change /etc/apt/sources.list and apt-get dist-upgrade
2) apt-get install dtc-xen (since there are missing debs)
3) copy over the xen udev config from another xen box (and symlink)
4) restart udev
5) xend restart (to pick up python 2.4 properly)

After that it looks like it's operating well :)
