How to make a customized default page for new domains and 404 error page

It's very easy. When creating a new domain, the control panel will copy all the content of the files founded in:

DTCVARPATH/etc/template

DTCVARPATH is set to /var/lib/dtc under debian (so the full path will be /var/lib/dtc/etc/template).

Note that there is a default 404 page in:

DTCVARPATH/etc/dtc404

Of course, you can change the 404 page for all domains using a .htaccess
