In the support and auth section you can set up the categories for support tickets, along with the people you wish to receive notification of new tickets.

In the first section, you can select a mailing list to subscribe all your users to. The mailing list must first be created in the user administration client interface under the domain you wish to use. Once this is created you can re-assign all current customers to this list and send them all announcements with a single email.

Next you can set up an email address for users to email in to which will then be logged into the inbuilt ticketing system. This should not be already created as a mailbox under the domain you wish to use.

The third section allows you to automatically notify certain people via email of tickets being raised so that your support staff do not need to be in DTC constantly.

Lastly there is the section to create categories for support calls. This is currently just a way of helping to organise any current tickets.
