UsingTicket

Support Tickets

If you have any issues with your hosting or wish to contact your administrators, you can use the Support Ticket facility. Using this facility lets you keep a track of any open issues and makes it easier for the administrators to deal with issues quickly.

Click on Support Tickets will give you a list of previous tickets, open tickets, and the option to create a new ticket. To look at an existing ticket, click on the subject and you will be taken to a full list of all activity for that ticket. From here you have the option to add more information, or close the ticket. You can re-open a closed ticket if you feel your question has not been answered sufficiently.

If you wish to open a new ticket, click on the Submit new support issue button. Enter a subject, select your hosting server and a category, then enter a description of your issue and click Send trouble ticket. This will be sent to the administrators and will be answered as soon as possible.

You can also email an issue directly to the administrators. The address to use will vary depending on your hosting provider, but will be something like: support@example.com

Any replies to your tickets will also be emailed to the address associated with your account.
